Prior to the removal of containment structures/measures or upon completion of abatement works, we make a visual inspection of the work area and take clearance air samples for analysis for airborne fibres.
Once satisfied with the quality of the abatement and that the work site/area is suitable for re-occupation we prepare a clearance letter.
Our clearance letter summarises the project, providing documentation and records of compliance with specifications and the Asbestos removal plan, where appropriate, including NATA accredited airborne fibre analysis certificates for any clearance air sampling conducted
Because Healthy Buildings International does not provide any asbestos abatement services and has no links with companies which do, we maintain complete independence and believes that in acting as third party consultants any conflicts of interest are completely avoided.
Thus, where specifications or procedures are identified and recommended, the client can be confident that there are no other commercial interests which might influence the recommendations.
